What’s your payment policy?
You can easily pay with Paypal, using your Paypal account or your credit card.
Important:
You don’t need a PayPal account to pay using your credit card. Paypal is simply the gateway for credit card payments.
If you add the items to your cart, you will see the button “check out with PayPal”. Click on it and it will get you to the next page, where you have two options:
1. “Have a PayPal account”
2. “Don’t have a Pay Pal account”
Choose the second option. This one allows you to pay with your credit card.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. Credit card information is never stored. Payment accepted with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard, AmericanExpress, JCB, Diners Club.
Do you accept returns or exchanges ?
I accept returns and exchanges within the first 15 days of receipt.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition.
Please contact me to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges.
Do you ship oversees ?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.
All orders will be shipped registered with the Spanish postal service -Correos-, provided with a tracking number.

The order will be shipped to your address. If you need we ship to a different address, please send a message with the information.

15-20 business days everywhere else
If you make multiple purchases please contact me, so I can combine shipping for you.
Your order will be shipped after a maximum of 3 business days*, after receiving full payment. You will receive a confirmation email once I have shipped your order.
LOST PACKAGES:
If your order never arrives, please contact with us! We will check with postal service and once they confirm us your package is lost, we will ship a replacement or refund your money back.
How to keep my jewelry safe?
To ensure mileage of your jewelry, please avoid the following:
– wearing them when swimming and showering
– spraying perfume directly on them
– exposing them to any chemicals (e.g. soaps, detergents, etc)
The jewelry can be easily maintained simply by wiping them with a clean damp cloth. Please place them back into the given pouch when not in use.
We will be happy to shorten or lengthen the item. Just let us know.
