Memory is a muscle.. If you don’t use it, you lose it. Meditation is one of the best ways to increase memory and awareness. When you meditate, you’re activating your third eye. Close your eyes and observe the mind’s processing. Watch the thoughts go by but don’t engage.
After a lot of tiredness and stress throughout the day, many times we forget small things. But by meditating just 10 minutes a day, you can overcome this problem and strengthen your memory. Logically, the memory of someone is not weak, nor does it make any difference in age. Forgetting is normal nature and should understand it as normal. If your memory is weak then it can be easily overcome by two ways of meditation. The first is only 10 minutes of meditation and the second only uses caste reminder for 10 minutes. You can choose either of them.
10 minutes meditation: If you do not know about it, then close your eyes for only 10 minutes. Scientists say that memorization increases by 10 minutes to close the eyes. If you sit in any clean place, just close your eyes for 10 minutes and focus only on the movement of breath. Do this for at least 30 days daily.
Jati-smaran: Whenever you go to sleep on the bed, remember the events of your routine in the reverse order by closing their eyes. Like what you were doing before sleeping, then what were you doing before then, then take such memories up till the morning. Continuing the routine sequence, increasing the recalling past.
Sarvangasana: This posture of the upper arm on the side of the shoulders increases the flow of blood to the brain. This pose makes you emotionally strong too.
Bhujangasan: Lying on the side of the stomach, slowly rising up your hands and lifting the head like a cobra. This pose not only relaxes you but also balances and stimulates the nerves associated with the brain.
Sudhasan: Sit straight, making your spine straight and meditate. This yoga is the easiest but enough to power your body and mind. It increases your concentration.
