Eyes are the most important part of the body. Since these are very sensitive, therefore, eyes have to be specially cared for. Our eyes are affected by irregular eating habits and everyday minor shortcomings. Sometimes, due to these small mistakes, eyeballs, weak eyesight, cataract in the eyes, or blindness of the eyes. To alleviate the weakness of the eyes, a little change is needed in your diet and lifestyle. It is good to eat vitamin A diets for eyes. Apart from this, with the help of some Yogasanas, eyesight can be retained for a long time. Here are the three exercises for your eyes.
You can keep your eyes healthy by practising Anloam Vichom. First of all, sit at some level place. Both your waist and neck should be straightforward. Now close your eyes. Now take your straight hand on the nostrils. Now close the right hinge of the nose with the thumb while keeping your fingers in the middle. And gradually remove the breath from the left nasal cavity. After leaving the breath, start breathing from the left nose hole. After the breathing, close the left nostrils with the help of fingers and remove the thumb from the right nose hole and slowly exhale the right nostril. Repeat this process 3 to 5 minutes. By doing this mental stress is removed. The eyes are relaxed and the eyesight gets better.
Sit in the chair and spread the right hand directly to the front. Now close the handful of this hand and raise the thumbs upright. Now focus both eyes on the front thumb.
Without blinking the eyelids, keeping the focus on the thumb for a comfortable period, come back to the pre-condition. Practice this process 2-3 times.
Eyes can also be cured by some easy exercise. You can do this exercise by sitting or standing anywhere. For this, close your eyes for one minute and then open it and rotate the eyes round the clock in 10 directions. Now similarly, it rotates in the opposite direction of the clock. You can do this exercise very beneficial for the eyes at any place sitting in the office.
